🇧🇩 বাংলা রিটার্ন পলিসি
- আপনি যদি কোনো পণ্য রিটার্ন করতে চান, তাহলে প্রথমে আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিমের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।
- পণ্যটি অবশ্যই তার মূল অবস্থায় এবং অরিজিনাল প্যাকেজিংসহ ফেরত দিতে হবে।
- রিটার্নের ক্ষেত্রে সম্পূর্ণ ডেলিভারি চার্জ কাস্টমারকে বহন করতে হবে।
- ডেলিভারি চার্জ কোনো অবস্থাতেই ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
- পণ্য যাচাই করার পর আমাদের নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী রিফান্ড অথবা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রদান করা হবে।

- If you wish to return a product, you must contact our support team first.
- The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- The customer is responsible for all return delivery charges.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund or replacement according to our policy.
